Where is the user manual? _________________________________________________________________________ How can I delete the demo golfers, courses, and rounds from my program? Pro-Stat Golf has included 3 demo golfers with golf courses, and many fictional rounds to provide you with a functional view of all of the program's possibilities. This cannot be deleted. There are two modes that Pro-Stat Golf software can run in. 1. Sample Mode (This mode will not allow a player to enter any information.) 2. User Mode Make sure you have selected the User mode to enter your information. This Sample/User icon is located on the top bar. * Gray represents Sample Mode. Green represents User Mode. The above icon is in the User mode. If the icon is selected it will switch to the Sample mode. This all depends on your connection speed and reliability. If you have any problems with your download please contact us at help@pro-statgolf.com Back to TOP _________________________________________________________________________ How do you download your purchase? There are two ways to download your purchase: 1. On the final screen, of the checkout process, there will be a link near the top of the page. By clicking on this link your software will be downloaded to your computer. Select Run. Recommended Method! 2. If you did not download your software during the checkout process, you may go to the Pro-Stat Golf homepage. On the homepage, go to the Quick Links box, on the right of the page, and click login. Use your last name and email address that you entered, when you purchased the software, to login. On the customer service page click on the review or download previous orders link. Next, click on the order number in the left hand column. At the top of the next page, click on the download link, located at the top of the page. (The download link will be the name of the product that you purchased.) Select Run. Free Trial version The trial version is approximately 66MB. 100 Player version The 100 player version is approximately 66MB. Note: The install time does vary. Back to TOP _________________________________________________________________________ What are the system requirements for Pro-Stat golf software? Windows XP/NT/2000/VISTA. Pro-Stat Golf requires approximately less than 20MB. Dot NET framework (Microsoft software that is required to operate Pro-Stat Golf) will require 280MB on your hardrive, if not install. Recommended 128MB of RAM. Pentium or higher. The software currently does not work with Macintosh computers. No account is required to use this service. Back to TOP _________________________________________________________________________ How do I add a new Golf Player?* Make sure the active database is set to User mode. (Bottom bar should show User. If not select on top bar.) Click on the add new player icon on the top bar. Enter name into popup form. Press Add. Enter any additional information on the player form. Select the player you want to delete. Next go to Data Entry on lower left screen. Your player information should appear. Press delete icon. Warning will appear. Press delete. Back to TOP _________________________________________________________________________ How do I add a new Course?* Make sure the active database is set to User mode. (Bottom bar should show User. If not select on top bar.) Click on the add new course icon on the top bar. Enter Course details on the popup form. Also customize your tees in the popup form. Press add. Enter any additional information on the course form. You can add details to your course, by using the Course Data entry options below. (Just turn options on or off). Back to TOP _________________________________________________________________________ How do I enter my golf rounds?* Make sure the active database is set to User mode. (Bottom bar should show User. If not select on top bar.) NOTE: You must have a golf course and a player entered into the database to enter a golf round. Select the scorecard icon on the top bar. Then in the new round window select your: Player, Course, Tee, and Section Press add. Next you can add your round information. Remember if you want, you can add more details by using the on and off features in the round data entry options. Back to TOP _________________________________________________________________________ How do I save my entries?* After you have entered your information you can simple click on the save icon . Or when you exit the window, your information should automatically be saved. Back to TOP _________________________________________________________________________* How do you delete information? First go to the screen where you want to delete the information, Next click on the delete icon . The software may be downloaded only 3 times to prevent people from sharing this link. If your download fails, please contact us and we will provide you with a new link.
